Haridwar, October 31, 2025 — Uttarakhand is set to mark a historic milestone with the grand celebration of its 25th Statehood Anniversary through the “Devbhoomi Rajat Utsav,” to be held in Haridwar. The event will not only commemorate the state’s journey of development over the past quarter-century but also showcase a vibrant confluence of its culture, literature, technological progress, and folk traditions.

The festivities will begin in the evening with an inaugural ceremony led by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
