Haridwar, October 31, 2025 — Uttarakhand is set to mark a historic milestone with the grand celebration of its 25th Statehood Anniversary through the “Devbhoomi Rajat Utsav,” to be held in Haridwar. The event will not only commemorate the state’s journey of development over the past quarter-century but also showcase a vibrant confluence of its culture, literature, technological progress, and folk traditions.
The festivities will begin in the evening with an inaugural ceremony led by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. The celebration will be held into three major segments:

- Guitar Show: A special performance by Strings Music Care, the group that recently earned a place in the High Range World Records for organizing the largest Hanuman Chalisa recital with 226 performers in Haridwar on September 28, 2025.

- Performance by Narendra Singh Negi: The legendary folk singer will grace the stage with his soulful renditions that reflect the heart of Uttarakhand’s musical heritage.
