- Dehradun: The Uttarakhand Cabinet meeting concluded with approval of 12 key proposals.

- Personnel Department: A committee to be formed to decide the cut-off date for regularization of daily-wage and contractual employees.
- Disaster Management & Rehabilitation: Families of those who died in the Uttarkashi–Dharali disaster to receive ₹5 lakh compensation; similar amount approved for rebuilding damaged houses.
- Commercial property cases to be decided individually (case-to-case basis).
- Planning Department: Unique family IDs to be issued under the ‘Devbhoomi Family Scheme’ for Uttarakhand residents.
- On UPNL employees’ demands, Cabinet forms a subcommittee to submit its report within two months.
- UPNL to expand overseas, registering with the Ministry of External Affairs for appointing Indian employees abroad.
